老年2型糖尿病患者治疗决策的旅程地图研究OA
Patient journey map of treatment decision-making for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes
目的 基于患者旅程地图识别老年2型糖尿病患者在治疗决策过程中的困境与需求,为优化个体化治疗策略提供参考.方法 运用描述性质性研究方法,于2024年1-4月选取18例老年2型糖尿病患者开展半结构化访谈,采用内容分析法进行资料分析并绘制患者旅程地图.结果 将患者治疗决策过程划分为"警觉与认知期""确诊与决策期""管理与随访期"3个阶段,析出了22个主题,并通过旅程地图进行了可视化呈现.结论 老年2型糖尿病患者的治疗决策路径呈现多阶段、复杂性和动态性特征.建议未来在更大样本和多中心人群中进一步验证旅程地图的适用性,以实现对老年糖尿病治疗决策的动态监测与精准支持,提升患者依从性和生活质量.
Objective To identify the predicaments and demands of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)during the treatment decision-making process based on patient journey mapping,and to provide references for optimizing individualized treatment strategies.Methods A descriptive qualitative research was performed.From January to April 2024,18 elderly T2DM patients were selected for semi-structured interviews.Data were analyzed using content analysis,and a patient journey map was developed.Results The treatment decision-making process of the patients was divided into three phases:"Alertness and Awareness","Diagno-sis and Decision-making",and"Management and Follow-up".Twenty-two themes were identified and visualized through the journey mapping.Conclusion The treatment decision-making pathway of elderly T2DM patients is by multi-stage,complex,and dynamic.It is suggested that the applicability of patient journey map be further verified in a larger and multi-center population in the future to achieve dynamic monitoring and precise support for the treatment decision-making of elderly T2DM patients,and to improve patient compliance and quality of life.
