目的 构建皮瓣移植患者血管危象风险评估量表,为血管危象的风险预测提供筛查工具.方法 采用文献内容分析法结合头脑风暴法初步拟定评估指标,2轮德尔菲专家函询确定具体指标体系、层次分析法确定各级指标权重.结果 皮瓣移植患者血管危象风险评估量表包含:4项一级指标、17项二级指标和47项三级指标;2轮函询的专家积极系数分别为95%、100%,权威系数分别为0.945、0.960;2轮重要性及相关性的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.311、0.411和0.311、0.425(P<0.001);层次分析结果显示,各矩阵的CR值均<0.1,符合一致性检验要求.结论 本研究构建的皮瓣移植患者血管危象风险评估量表兼具科学性和实用性,可为皮瓣移植患者血管危象的风险预测提供一种可靠的筛查工具.

Objective To develop a Vascular Crisis Risk Assessment Scale for Patients Undergoing Flap Transplantation,and to pro-vide a screening tool for risk prediction of vascular crisis.Methods Preliminary assessment indicators were identified by using litera-ture content analysis combined with brainstorming.A two-round Delphi expert consultation was conducted to determine the specific in-dicator system,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to determine the weight of each indicator.Results The final scale comprised 4 first-level,17 second-level,and 47 third-level indicators.The expert positive response rates were 95%and 100%for the two rounds of consultation,with authority coefficients of 0.945 and 0.960,respectively.Kendall's coefficients of concordance for importance and relevance were 0.311,0.411 and 0.311,0.425 for the two rounds,respectively(P<0.001).The AHP results showed that all consistency ratio(CR)values of all matrices were less than 0.1,meeting the consistency test requirements.Conclusion The Vas-cular Crisis Risk Assessment Scale for Patients Undergoing Flap Transplantation developed in this study is both scientifically sound and practical,and can serve as a reliable screening tool for risk prediction of vascular crisis in this group of population.
