基于Delphi-AHP法的皮瓣移植患者血管危象风险评估量表的构建OA

Objective To develop a Vascular Crisis Risk Assessment Scale for Patients Undergoing Flap Transplantation,and to pro-vide a screening tool for risk prediction of vascular crisis.Methods Preliminary assessment indicators were identified by using litera-ture content analysis combined with brainstorming.A two-round Delphi expert consultation was conducted to determine the specific in-dicator system,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to determine the weight of each indicator.Results The final scale comprised 4 first-level,17 second-level,and 47 third-level indicators.The expert positive response rates were 95％and 100％for the two rounds of consultation,with authority coefficients of 0.945 and 0.960,respectively.Kendall's coefficients of concordance for importance and relevance were 0.311,0.411 and 0.311,0.425 for the two rounds,respectively(P<0.001).The AHP results showed that all consistency ratio(CR)values of all matrices were less than 0.1,meeting the consistency test requirements.Conclusion The Vas-cular Crisis Risk Assessment Scale for Patients Undergoing Flap Transplantation developed in this study is both scientifically sound and practical,and can serve as a reliable screening tool for risk prediction of vascular crisis in this group of population.
