癌症患者时间毒性体验质性研究的Meta整合OA

Objective To systematically synthesize the experiences,contributing factors,and coping strategies of time toxicity dur-ing cancer treatment.Methods A computer-based search was conducted in PubMed,Web of Science,Scopus,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data for qualitative studies on the experiences of time toxicity in cancer pa-tients,with a retrieval period spanning from database inception to November 15,2025.The results were analyzed using a meta-synthe-sis method.Results Eight studies were included.Twenty-nine main findings were extracted,which were summarized into ten new categories,and further synthesized into three integrated findings:cancer patients'experiences with time toxicity,contributing factors of time toxicity,and diverse strategies for coping with time toxicity.Conclusion Time toxicity poses multiple challenges and impacts on patients.Healthcare providers should strengthen collaboration with patients and their families,adopt multidimensional and flexible nursing strategies,and value the measures derived from patient experiences to mitigate time toxicity.
