纽曼系统模式下视力损伤老年人生活适应体验的Meta整合OA

Objective To systematically review and integrate the life adaptation experience in older adults with vision impairment.Methods A computer-based search was performed on PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,Scopus,CBM,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and China Medical Journal Full-text Database to collect qualitative studies on life adaptation experience in older adults with visual impairment from inception to July 10,2025.The quality of the included studies was evaluated according to JBI Criti-cal Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia in 2016.The results were synthesized using an integrated approach and the New-man Systems Model.Results A total of 11 studies were included,and 41 primary outcomes were extracted.These outcomes were cat-egorized into 10 groups and ultimately synthesized into two integrated findings of"the imbalance of normal life of older adults with visu-al impairment under the impact of multidimensional stressors"and"life adaptation of older adults with visual impairment empowered by defense mechanisms".Conclusion The Newman system model provides theoretical guidance for understanding the life challenges and coping mechanisms of older adults with visual impairment.Society and healthcare providers should comprehensively consider the impact of visual impairment as a stressor on the life of older adults and further develop theoretically grounded nursing intervention mod-els to foster their active coping strategies.
