精神科护士的患者安全胜任力现状及影响因素分析OA

Objective To investigate the current status of patient safety competence among psychiatric nurses and analyze its influenc-ing factors,and to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate intervention plans for patient safety competence of psychiatric nurses.Methods Convenience sampling was adopted to select 330 nurses from 6 district-level mental health centers in Shanghai,and nurses were surveyed by using a General Information Questionnaire,Self-assessment Scale of Patient Safety Competence for Nurs-ing Staff,Psychological Safety Scale and Nurse Safety Behavior Questionnaire.Results The total score of patient safety competence of psychiatric nurses was 132.00(122.00,140.00).Patient safety competence was positively correlated with psychological safety and safety behavior(rs=0.539,P<0.01;rs=0.745,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title,ability level,psychological safety and safety behavior entered the regression equation(P<0.05),jointly explaining 51.2％of the total variation.Conclusion Among the 330 psychiatric nurses,the overall level of patient safety competence is relatively high,and professional ti-tle,ability level,safety behavior and psychological safety are the main influencing factors.
