压力与应对视角下安宁疗护护士心理弹性体验过程的质性研究OA

Objective To explore the stressors faced by palliative care nurses,their coping strategies,and their experiential process of resilience based on the stress and coping theory,and to provide reference for developing targeted psychological support intervention programs.Methods A phenomenological research approach was performed,and purposive sampling was employed to select 13 palli-ative care nurses from a tertiary grade-A hospital in Nanchang from April to May 2025 for semi-structured interviews.The data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results Two themes and seven sub-themes were extracted,including stress-ors from multiple negative experience(exposure to death and emotional shock,communication difficulties and conflicts,professional helplessness and sense of frustration,and workload and insufficient support),and the manifestation of coping strategies and resilience(individual emotional regulation and skill enhancement,active utilization of social support system,and reconstruction of professional meaning and cognition).Conclusion The resilience of palliative care nurses manifests in the dynamic experiential process of coping with stress.In participants'narratives,effective coping practice and resilience are frequently mentioned together,and resilience is often perceived as an important coping resource.Future interventions may focus on building a supportive professional environment tailored to nurses'experience characteristics,thus to promote their coping competence and resilience.
