基于多因素驱动的绿氨/灰氨-煤混烧减碳方案经济性分析OA
Economic analysis of a multifactor-driven carbon reduction scheme for green and gray ammonia-coal co-firing
可再生能源电解水制氢合成绿氨,实施燃煤机组掺烧绿氨发电,对实现"双碳"目标具有重大意义.文章利用煤电机组煤氨混烧平准化度电成本(LCOE)模型,从燃料价格、可再生能源电价、掺氨比例以及碳价等因素比较分析了煤氨混烧与纯煤燃烧的经济成本;并针对未来煤炭价格、碳价以及氨成本的变化趋势,对煤氨混烧的经济竞争力进行了分析预测.结果表明:在当前煤碳价格、可再生能源电价等因素下,煤氨混烧发电的成本高于纯煤发电成本;除了单位电力煤耗量的影响,煤碳价格和掺氨比例是影响煤掺灰氨和煤掺绿氨 LCOE 的主要因素;在考虑碳排放新政策情况下,碳价对煤氨混烧经济性影响较小,当碳价为400元/t,煤碳价格为 600 元/t时,若可再生能源电价降至 0.018 4 元/(kW•h)以下,煤掺绿氨相比纯煤燃烧更具经济优势;当碳价为 400 元/t,煤碳价格降至 47.215元/t时,煤掺灰氨的LCOE将与纯煤燃烧相当;煤掺灰氨和煤掺绿氨的 LCOE 达到平衡的条件为煤碳价格不低于2 019元/t,或可再生能源电价不低于 0.078元/(kW•h).
The production of green ammonia from renewable-energy-based water electrolysis and its subsequent co-firing with coal in coal-fired power units are of great significance for achieving China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.In this study,a levelized cost of electricity(LCOE)model for ammonia-coal co-firing in coal-fired power units is established.Based on this model,the economic costs of ammonia-coal co-firing and conventional coal-fired power generation are comparatively analyzed under different fuel prices,renewable electricity prices,ammonia co-firing ratios,and carbon prices.Furthermore,the future economic competitiveness of ammonia-coal co-firing is evaluated by considering projected trends in coal prices,carbon prices,and ammonia production costs.The results show that,under current coal prices,renewable electricity prices,and related market conditions,the power generation cost of ammonia-coal co-firing is higher than that of conventional coal-fired power generation.In addition to the effect of specific coal consumption,coal price and ammonia co-firing ratio are the dominant factors affecting the LCOE of both gray-ammonia/coal and green-ammonia/coal co-firing.Under the current carbon-emission policy framework,carbon price has a relatively limited impact on the economic performance of ammonia-coal co-firing.When the carbon price is 400 CNY/t and the coal price is 600 CNY/t,green-ammonia/coal co-firing becomes more economically competitive than conventional coal combustion only if the renewable electricity price falls below 0.018 4 CNY/(kW •h).For gray-ammonia/coal co-firing,its LCOE becomes comparable to that of conventional coal combustion when the carbon price is 400 CNY/t and the coal price decreases to 47.215 CNY/t.The LCOE of gray-ammonia/coal and green-ammonia/coal co-firing reaches parity when the coal price is not lower than 2 019 CNY/t and the renewable electricity price is not lower than 0.078 CNY/(kW•h).
