Statistical Analysis of Gas Accidents among Catering Users from 2019 to 2024
收集2019-2024年全国457起餐饮用户燃气事故数据,从事故发生区域、事故发生时段、事故类型、燃气种类、事故原因等方面进行统计分析,构建事故相对严重程度模型.应重点关注的餐饮用户用气时段为(6:30,9:30]、(15:30,18:30]、(18:30,21:30].液化石油气用户事故数量远超管道天然气用户.事故原因方面,人员违规操作是最突出因素,其次是漏气后处置不当等.餐饮用户燃气安全管理需兼顾人防与技防,构建长效防控体系方能有效降低事故风险、提升安全保障能力.
Data on gas accidents involving catering users nationwide from 2019 to 2024 were collected.Statistical analysis was conducted from the perspec-tives of regional distribution,time period,accident type,gas category and accident causes,and a relative accident severity model was established.Key high-risk gas consumption time win-dows for catering users are identified as 6:30-9:30,15:30-18:30 and 18:30-21:30.The number of accidents among liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)users is signifi-cantly higher than that among pipeline natural gas users.In terms of accident causes,irregular manual operation ranks first,followed by improper disposal after gas leakage.For gas safety management of cater-ing users,both human supervision and technical pre-vention shall be integrated.The establishment of a long-term prevention and control system is essential to effectively reduce accident risks and improve overall safety assurance capacity.
