Design of Gas Pipeline Crossing Yellow River in Restricted Terrain
以实际工程为例,分析受限地形输气管道穿越黄河设计方案.穿越黄河段为U形峡谷,根据地形情况采用弹性敷设回拖管道,弹性敷设曲率半径按1 000倍回拖管道外直径设计.定向钻出土段选用隔离钢套管隔离卵石层,隔离钢套管钢级为L485M,外直径为1 524 mm,壁厚为26 mm,夯进力为20 000 kN.根据设计回拖力,选取回拖力不小于2 600 kN的钻机可满足穿越工程管道回拖施工要求.应用受限地形输气管道穿越黄河的设计方案,顺利完成了黄河U形峡谷的定向钻穿越,表明该方案设计合理.
This paper presents a case study of a gas transmission pipeline crossing the Yellow River in restricted terrain.The river-crossing section is located in a U-shaped canyon.Elastic laying is adopted for pipeline pullback according to the terrain conditions,and the curvature radius of elastic laying is designed to be 1 000 times the outer diameter of the pulled-back pipeline.An isolated steel casing is installed in the exit section of the directional drilling to isolate the pebble layer.The steel casing is of grade L485M,with an outer diameter of 1 524 mm,a wall thickness of 26 mm,and an impact driving force of 20 000 kN.Accord-ing to the designed pullback force,a drilling rig with a pullback force of no less than 2 600 kN can meet the construction requirements for pipeline pullback in the crossing project.The proposed design scheme for gas transmission pipeline crossing the Yellow River in restricted terrain has been successfully applied to the directional drilling crossing of the U-shaped canyon of the Yellow River,which verifies the rationality of the scheme.
