Analysis of Preheating Technology for Directly Buried Heating Pipelines
以两个预热段的预热施工为例,对预热效果进行评价,总结施工经验.预热期间两个预热段的温度均未出现较大波动,管道受热均匀,管道变形充分释放,预热效果理想.预热过程中,在管道达到预热温度后不能立即回填,应保持一定恒温时间,使管道变形充分释放,并校核管道伸长量达到计算伸长量方可回填.预热过程保持供回水管两侧敞口预热,并增加温度测点,有效控制供回水管伸长量.接线螺栓应沿管口圆周均布,以保证管道受热均匀、变形均匀.
Taking the preheating construction of two preheating sections as an example,the preheating effect was evaluated and construction experiences were summarized.During the preheating period,the tem-peratures of the two preheating sections did not fluctu-ate significantly,the pipelines were heated evenly,and the pipeline deformation was fully released,resulting in an ideal preheating effect.During the preheating process,after the pipeline reaches the preheating temperature,it should not be backfilled immediately.A certain period of constant temperature should be maintained to fully release the pipeline deformation,and the backfilling can only be performed after verifying that the pipeline elongation has reached the calculated elongation.During the preheating pro-cess,both ends of the supply and return pipes are kept open for preheating,and additional temperature mea-surement points are arranged to effectively control the elongation of the supply and return pipes.The connect-ing bolts are required to be evenly distributed along the circumference of the pipe nozzle,so as to ensure uni-form heating and uniform deformation of the pipeline.
