基于PDCA循环的数字化设计与制造技术专业课程思政体系探索与构建OA

坚持立德树人、德技并修,推动思想政治教育与技术技能培养融合统一是推动现代职业教育高质量发展的工作要求.当前,高职院校在实施课程思政过程中,面临着思政教学目标系统性不足、专业教师课程思政与专业知识融合能力不足、课程思政评价机制不够完善等问题.在持续改进理念下,将 PDCA[计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Act)]循环作为数字化设计与制造技术专业的课程思政体系构建的基本方法,从"顶层视角下课程思政目标体系构建""多层面落实课程思政目标""多角度评价课程思政育人成效"和"总结反馈"4 个阶段实现课程思政育人质量自我迭代,促进学生专业能力与思政素养阶梯式提升.
Adhering to the principles of moral education and cultivating both moral and technical skills,and promoting the integration and unity of ideological and political education and technical skill training,is a work requirement for promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education.Currently,vocational colleges are facing problems such as insufficient systematization of ideological and political teaching objectives,insufficient ability of professional teachers to integrate ideological and political education with professional knowledge,and inadequate evaluation mechanisms for ideological and political education in the implementation of courses.Under the concept of continuous improvement,the PDCA(Plan;Do;Check;Act)cycle is taken as the basic method for constructing the ideological and political education system of digital design and manufacturing technology courses.From a top-level perspective,the goal system of ideological and political education is constructed,implemented from multiple levels,the effectiveness of ideological and political education is evaluated from multiple perspectives,and feedback is summarized to achieve self iteration of the quality of ideological and political education in courses,promoting a step-by-step improvement of students'professional abilities and ideological literacy.
