打卡长征路线的温差能电驱动车结构设计与仿真OA
Structure design and simulation of the thermoelectric-driven car punched the long march road
根据 2025 年中国大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛要求,设计并制作了一辆温差能电驱动车.运用 NX 和 MATLAB 软件,绘制了温差能电驱动车行走规定轨迹的拟合曲线;基于温差能电驱动车运行过程中的数学模型,得出其关键零件凸轮的理论轮廓曲线,并对其进行了优化、补偿;分析了温差能电驱动车传动结构参数的计算及选取依据,对其整体结构选材进行了分析,通过实物验证了温差能电驱动车行驶过程的轨迹曲线.结果表明,温差能电驱动车运行轨迹重合度高,可以实现初赛要求的10 个坐标点打卡任务.
According to the requirements of the 2025 China College Students Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition,a thermoelectric-driven car was designed and produced.The simulated running curve that through the appointed points of the Thermoelectric-driven car was obtained by the NX and MATLAB software.Based on the mathematical model of the Thermoelectric-driven car during the motion process,the theory outline of the key component cam was achieved,and the outline is further optimized and made up.The calculation and selection basis of the parameters of the transmission structure was analysed.The synthesized analysis is processed considering the whole structure selecting materials.The motion trajectory curve of the Thermoelectric-driven car was simulated by the entity.As the result shows,the motion trajectory of the Thermoelectric-driven car has good repeatability and the car can punch all the ten specified trajectory points.
