聚乳酸纤维床上用品功能性测试与评价研究OA

探讨聚乳酸纤维床上用品的抑菌性、防螨性、阻燃性、消臭性.选取15个品种的聚乳酸纤维床上用品为样本,系统测试分析了其抑菌、防螨、pH值、阻燃、低烟毒、消臭祛异味等性能指标.结果表明:聚乳酸纤维床上用品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌均表现出显著的抑菌效果,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率普遍高于98%;含聚乳酸纤维的样品具有一定的防螨性能,但整体防螨效果有限;其pH值多处于4.0~7.0之间,呈弱酸性,符合亲肤要求;纯聚乳酸纤维样品在燃烧测试中表现出良好的阻燃性与极低的烟密度,且对多种异味化学成分具有一定的吸附去除能力.认为:聚乳酸纤维床上用品具有很大的市场潜力.

The antibacterial property,anti-mite property,flame-retardant property and deodorization property of polylactid fiber textiles were explored.Fifteen kinds of polylactid fiber bedding products were selected as samples,the performance index were systematically tested and analyzed,including antibacterial property,anti-mite property,pH value,flame-retardant property,low-smoke toxicity,deodorization and odor removal property.The results showed that antibacterial effect of polylactid fiber bedding products against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were significant,with antibacterial rate generally exceeding 98%against Staphylococcus aureus.Containing polylactid fiber sample had certain anti-mite property,while the overall anti-mite effect was limited.The sample pH value was mostly among 4.0 to 7.0,which showed weak acidity and meeting the requirements for skin friendliness.Pure polylactid fiber sample exhibited better flame retardancy and extremely low smoke density in combustion test,and had a certain adsorption and removal ability for various odor chemical components.It is considered that the market potential of polylactid fiber bedding products is great.
