系统综述了柔性防刺织物的最新研究进展.首先阐述了柔性材料通过纤维摩擦、拉伸变形及"自锁"效应耗散能量的独特防刺机理.其次,梳理了对位芳纶、超高分子量聚乙烯、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维等高性能纤维的特性,并对比分析了机织、针织和非织造等不同织物结构的防刺特性.重点探讨了剪切增稠液整理、树脂基复合、纳米填料增强及针刺/热压复合等前沿成型工艺对提升防刺性能的作用机制,详细论述了柔性防刺服在抗穿刺性能强化、耐腐蚀超疏水、电磁屏蔽吸声隔热及损伤自愈合等功能化方向的研究成果与实现路径,并阐述了面向不同高危场景(如执法、消防、特种作战)的功能协同设计范式.认为:柔性防刺材料呈现出向轻量化、舒适化、智能化、多功能集成及环境友好方向的发展趋势,以满足多领域复杂场景下的综合防护需求.

The latest research progress of flexible stab-resistant fabrics was systematically reviewed.Firstly,the unique stab-resistant mechanism of flexible materials through fiber friction,stretching deformation and"self-locking"effect energy-dissipating was elaborated.Secondly,the characteristics of high-performance fibers such as polyimide,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and poly(p-phenylene benzothiadiazole)fibers were introduced,and the stab-resistant properties of different fabric structures such as woven,knitted and nonwoven,were compared and analyzed.Then,the mechanism of shear thickening fluid finishing,resin-based composite,nano-filler reinforcement and needle-punching/thermal pressing composite on enhancing stab resistance,and the research achievements and implementation paths of flexible stab-resistant clothing in functionalization directions were elaborated in detail,such as strengthening anti-stab performance,corrosion resistance,superhydrophobicity,electromagnetic shielding,sound absorption and insulation,damage self-healing.The functional collaborative design paradigm for different high-risk scenarios(such as law enforcement,firefighting,and special operations)was also explained.It is considered that flexible stab-resistant materials will show a development trend towards lightweight,comfort,intelligence,multi-functional integration and environmental friendliness,in order to meet the comprehensive protection requirements in complex scenarios across various fields.
