⑴ Background——Promoting the largescale and modernized management of collective forestry has become the core direction and key task for the development of collective forest areas.Forestry socialized services are a com-prehensive service system integrating professional management,risk mitigation and institutional agency.However,the existing research objects mainly focus on the micro level,lack systematic investigations of service supply enti-ties and institutional differences at the county or regional levels,and mostly center on the demand side of rural households,while the analysis of the supply system of forestry socialized services remains relatively insufficient. ⑵ Methods——This paper first put forward the research hypotheses on the basis of theoretical analysis.Then,based on the data from the suppliers of forestry socialized services in Fujian Province,the entropy method was used to measure the supply level of forestry socialized services at the county-level in Fujian Province.Com-bined with the panel data of 67 counties(cities,districts)in Fujian Province from 2017 to 2021,the fixed effects model and the mediating effect model were adopted to explore the impact of the supply level of forestry so-cialized services at the county-level on large-scale management of forest land and its mechanism.Finally,it ana-lyzed the heterogeneity of this impact from two dimensions:regions and service types. ⑶ Results——First,the supply level of forestry socialized services at the county-level in Fujian Province is unevenly distributed across regions with relatively significant differences,and shows no significant temporal e-volution trend.Second,the supply of forestry socialized services can significantly promote large-scale management of forest land.After controlling for regional and time fixed effects,the supply of forestry socialized services has a significantly positive impact on large-scale management of forest land at the 1%statistical level.Third,organiza-tion density plays a mediating role in the impact of forestry socialized service supply on large-scale management of forest land.The supply of forestry socialized services helps to improve the regional organization density,thereby promoting large-scale management of forest land.Fourth,the promoting effect of forestry socialized service supply on large-scale management of forest land is heterogeneous across different service types and regions. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——First,strengthen the construction of the forestry socialized service system and improve the diversified supply capacity.Build a full-chain forestry socialized service system covering"technology-production-protection"at the county level.Establish a special fund for forestry services or include projects in the rural revitalization fund pool,and set up a performance evaluation and dynamic supervision system for service supply.Second,optimize the organizational layout and collaboration network to improve service adapta-bility.Support the development of forestry socialized service organizations and service centers at all levels,and integrate information platforms and resource-sharing mechanisms.In pilot areas,encourage further improvements in the intensification and informatization of services;in non-pilot areas,focus on fostering grassroots service or-ganizations.Third,focus on the promotion of differentiated services to improve service accuracy.Promote the de-velopment of a differentiated socialized service policy system by types and regions.
