鲁栗2号板栗的引种表现及高效栽培技术OA

To address issues such as the aging of chestnut cultivars,low nut yields,poor nut quality,and low returns in Feixian,Shandong Province,the introduction,testing,demonstration,and promotion of the LuLi No.2 chestnut cultivar increased both the yield per unit area and the marketability of chestnuts in Feixian.In Feixian,LuLi No.2 chestnuts riped in mid-September.The chestnuts are oval in shape with a reddish-brown color.The apex and shoulder are level,and the surface features dark brown longitudinal lines.The nuts have very few hairs,giving them a glossy and attractive appearance.The kernels are plump and well-filled,arranged uniformly and neatly,with a shell that peels off easily.The average weight per nut is 11.2 g;the flesh is yellow,with a fine,crisp,and firm texture;it is sweet and delicious,with an excellent flavor.It contains 9.3%protein,19.4%soluble solids,48.6%moisture,60.8%starch.Per 100 g of chestnuts,the content includes 8 232 mg of β-carotene,446 mg of potassium,82 mg of phosphorus,28 mg of vitamin C,22 mg of calcium,and 1.09 mg of iron.The nuts are highly storable and suitable for stir-frying.They can be cultivated in the gravelly mountainous regions of Shandong and exhibit high productivity and strong stress tolerance.
