钼肥对酿酒葡萄光合及果实品质的影响OA
Effects of molybdenum fertilizer on photosynthesis and fruit quality in wine grapes
以酿酒葡萄马瑟兰为试材,研究外源喷施两种钼肥(钼酸钠和钼酸铵)5 个浓度 0.1 μM,1μM,5 μM,10 μM 和100 μM对酿酒葡萄光合和果实品质的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,外源喷施不同浓度的钼酸钠和钼酸铵均显著提高叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、胞间 CO2 浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、水分利用率及叶绿素荧光最大光化学效率,其中以喷施 1 μM 的钼肥效果最为显著,同时 1 μM 的钼肥能够提高酿酒葡萄果实品质,包括单果重、可溶性固形物含量,总酚和花色苷含量等,但可滴定酸含量有所下降.
Taking the wine grape variety Marselan as test material,this study investigated the effects of foliar application of two molybdenum fertilizers(sodium molybdate and ammonium molybdate)at five concentrations(0.1 μM,1 μM,5 μM,10 μM,and 100 μM)on photosynthesis and fruit quality.The results showed that compared with the control,foliar application of sodium molybdate and ammonium molybdate at different concentrations significantly increased leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO₂ concentration,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,and the maximum photochemical efficiency of chlorophyll fluorescence,with the 1 μM treatment showing the most pronounced effects.Meanwhile,the 1 μM molybdenum treatment also improved the fruit quality of wine grapes,including single berry weight,soluble solids,total phenol,and anthocyanin contents,while titratable acidity decreased.
