调环酸钙与烯效唑复配制剂对苹果树生长结果的影响OA
Efficacy of prohexadione and calcium·uniconazole mixed formulation in regulating apple tree growth and fruit production
春季适度控制苹果树新梢的生长对调整果实产量和品质具有重要意义.以红富士苹果树为试材,在春季新梢生长至 8~10 cm长时,对其喷施 4个不同剂量的 15%调环酸钙·烯效唑水分散粒剂(400~1 000倍液),间隔12 d进行第 2次喷施,施药后测定不同药剂处理对新梢生长量、果实产量与品质等指标的影响.结果表明,试验药剂对苹果树新梢生长具有显著的抑制作用,其中 400 倍和600 倍处理的抑制效果显著;4个不同施药处理的果实产量较清水对照增产 16.99%~26.45%,大果型比例提高,中、小果型比例降低,且不同果型的单果重均增加,果形指数提高;果实可溶性固形物含量显著增加,果实硬度和总酸含量无明显变化.于苹果树春梢生长期连续 2次喷施 15%调环酸钙·烯效唑水分散粒剂 400~600 倍液,对控制新梢生长和果实增产提质具有重要作用.
Proper regulation of new shoot growth in spring is of great significance for regulating fruit yield and quality of apple trees.Using Fuji apple trees as test materials,four concentrations of 15%prohexadione calcium·uniconazole water dispersible granules(WG,diluted 400~1 000 times)were sprayed when the spring new shoots grew to 8~10 cm in length.A second spray was applied at an interval of 12 days.After treatment,the effects of different dosages on new shoot growth,fruit yield and fruit quality were determined.The results showed that treatments of 15%prohexadione calcium·uniconazole WG inhibited the new shoot growth,with 400-fold and 600-fold dilutions showing the most notable inhibitory effects.The fruit yield increased by 16.99%~26.45%compared with the CK,the percentage of larger fruits increased,while that of the medium and the small fruit reduced,and also the single fruit weight,the fruit shape index increased.The soluble solids of the fruit increased significantly,but fruit firmness and total acid content showed no significant differences.By applying at spring new shoot growth stage,the mixed formulation 15%prohexadione calcium·uniconazole WG had significant inhibition effect on apple tree nutritional growth,and improved fruit yield and quality meanwhile.
