面对中国苹果产业栽培面积减少、农民收入空间压缩的发展瓶颈,针对富士系苹果品种存在的问题及消费者和栽培者对苹果品种的新需求,提出了适应新时代营养好吃与省力高效需求的苹果育种方向和目标.以推动苹果产品营养化,让消费者愿意吃,助力健康中国;推动苹果产业省力化,让栽植者愿意栽,助力乡村全面振兴.简述了苹果优异种质挖掘、营养和风味品质形成机理及苹果优质高效育种技术体系研究进展,介绍了富营养强风味轻简化宜机化苹果新品种培育研究成果,为健康中国和乡村全面振兴提供品种支撑.

Facing the development bottleneck of reduced cultivation area and compressed income margins for farmers in China's apple industry in recent years,and addressing the existing problems of Fuji-series apple varieties along with the new demands of consumers and growers for apple varieties,this study proposed the breeding direction and objectives for the new era characterized by nutritious and palatable qualities as well as labor-saving and high-efficiency requirements.The goal is to promote the nutritional value of apple products,make consumers willing to eat,thereby contributing to healthy China,and to facilitate labor-saving apple production,encouraging growers to plant apples,thereby supporting comprehensive rural revitalization.This paper briefly reviewed research progress in the excavation of superior apple germplasm,the mechanisms underlying nutritional and flavor quality formation,and the development of a high-quality and high-efficiency apple breeding technology system.The research results of new apple cultivar cultivation with rich nutrition and strong flavor and light simplification and suitable for mechanization were introduced,which provided cultivar support for healthy China and comprehensive rural revitalization.
