智能化与标准化视角下露天矿调度中心高效管理体系构建OA
Construction of efficient management system for open-pit mine dispatching center from perspective of intelligentization and standardization
为解决煤矿智能化转型中调度中心传统管理模式与复杂开采条件、智能技术应用不匹配问题,提升管理效能与安全保障能力,结合典型企业案例,从基础建设、质量标准化、信息化、应急管理大维度梳理现状、剖析问题,融入 AI 与数字孪生技术构建优化路径.结果表明:当前调度中心存在基础建设目标模糊、质量标准化创新不足、"信息孤岛"及应急管理闭环缺失等问题,通过基础建设、质量标准化、信息化、应急管理大维度协同联动,构建融入 AI、数字孪生、区块链等智能技术的优化方案,可实现管理效能与安全保障能力的显著提升,有效破解行业痛点.
To address the mismatch between the traditional management model of dispatch centers and complex mining conditions,and the application of intelligent technologies among the intelligent transformation of coal mines,and to enhance management efficiency and safety guarantee capabilities,this article combines the typical enterprise cases,combs the current situation and analyzes the problems from dimensions—infrastructure construction,quality standardization,informatization and emergency management,incorporates AI and digital twin technologies to construct optimization path.The results show that the current dispatch centers face issues such as vague infrastructure construction goals,insufficient innovation in quality standardization,"information silos,"and lack of closed-loop emergency management,through infrastructure construction,quality standardization,informatization and emergency management collaborative linkage,incorporating AI and digital twin technologies,block chain,which can realize significant improvement in management efficiency and security capabilities,effectively addressing the pain points in the industries.
