带式输送机工艺布置参数对传动滚筒轴功率的影响分析OA
Analysis on effect of belt conveyors process layout parameters on drive drum shaft power
为了明确带式输送机工艺布置参数对传动滚筒轴功率的影响,系统分析了布置倾角、驱动与拉紧装置位置、导料槽长度 3 类工艺布置参数的作用规律,并通过工程实例建模计算开展验证研究.结果表明:在大倾角带式输送机计算时,驱动装置位置的变化(直接导致滚筒和清扫器数量改变)对传动滚筒轴功率的影响显著大于导料槽长度的变化;在短距离水平带式输送机计算时,导料槽长度的变化则成为主要影响因素.因此,在带式输送机工艺布置时,需根据具体工况对不同布置参数的敏感性进行综合权衡,通过优化工艺布置实现传动滚筒轴功率合理降耗,从而实现设备投资与运行成本的经济性最优.
To clarify the influence of process layout parameters of belt conveyors on the shaft power of drive drum,this article systematically analyzes three types of process layout parameters,layout inclination angle,positions of drive and tension devices,and length of guide chutes,conducts the verification research through engineering example modeling and calculation.The results show that for the calculation of large-inclination belt conveyors,the change in the position of the drive device(directly leading to changes in the number of pulleys and cleaners)has a significantly greater impact on the shaft power of the drive drum than the change in the length of the guide chute.For the calculation of short-distance horizontal belt conveyors,the change in the length of the guide chute becomes the main influencing factor.Therefore,during the process layout of belt conveyors,it is necessary to comprehensively balance the sensitivity of different layout parameters according to specific working conditions,and achieve reasonable reduction of the shaft power of the drive drum through optimized process layout,thereby realizing the optimal economy of equipment investment and operation costs.
