为了提高储煤仓群无人值守系统建设水平,逐步推进智能化运维模式,全面完善监控报警功能,提升系统运维效率与安全,介绍了储煤仓群无人值守系统的结构组成,对环境监测、设备状态监测、火灾智能报警、视频监控、料位显示等功能进行了阐释,对储煤仓群无人值守系统的意义和前景进行了展望.结果表明:储煤仓群无人值守系统的研发设计和工程实施能够推动工业机器人、故障诊断、数字孪生等技术的发展;储煤仓群无人值守系统能够有效提高生产效率、降低成本,有助于实现煤炭产业的可持续发展.

In order to improve the construction level of the unattended system for coal bunker groups,gradually promote the intelligent operation and maintenance mode,comprehensively improve the monitoring and alarm functions,and enhance the operation and maintenance efficiency and safety of the system,this article introduces the structural composition of the unattended system for coal bunker groups,elaborates environmental monitoring,equipment status monitoring,intelligent fire alarm,video surveillance and material level display,and looks forward to the significance and prospects of the system.The results show that the research and development and engineering implementation of the unattended system for coal bunker groups can promote the development of technologies such as industrial robots,fault diagnosis and digital twins.The unattended system for coal bunker groups can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce costs and contribute to the sustainable development of the coal industry.
