控制爆破技术在露天矿山高陡边坡的应用OA
Application of control blasting technology in high and steep slopes of open-pit mines
为防止露天矿山高陡边坡爆破作业中产生的飞石、滚石等危害周边建筑物,并提升欧山露天石灰岩矿边坡处理效率,提出一种将控制爆破与普通爆破相结合的技术方法.通过优化不耦合装药结构,将爆区划分为 3 个区域,并依据工程经验确定爆破网路参数,开展现场爆破试验.结果表明:该控制爆破技术在高陡边坡处理中有效消除了爆破飞石、滚石等次生灾害,在保障施工安全的同时,解决了开采进度与安全防护之间的矛盾.
To prevent the hazards posed by flying and rolling rocks generated during blasting operations on high and steep slopes in open-pit mines to surrounding buildings,and to improve the efficiency of slope treatment in the Oushan open-pit limestone mine,this article proposes a technical method combining control blasting with conventional blasting.By optimizing the decoupling charge structure,the blasting area is divided into three zones,and the blasting network parameters are determined based on engineering experience.Field blasting tests are conducted.The results show that this control blasting technology effectively eliminates secondary disaster such as flying and rolling rocks during the treatment of high and steep slopes.While ensuring construction safety,it also resolves the contradiction between mining progress and safety protection.
