Study on drilling rational overdepth of deep hole blasting in SICOMINES copper-cobalt mine
为解决 SICOMINES 铜钴矿的爆破根底问题,基于露天矿钻孔超深(以下简称"超深")计算方法与利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论,推导出了超深计算公式;系统探讨了地质条件、爆破参数、炸药性能及施工技术等关键因素对深孔爆破合理超深设计的影响;基于 LS-DYNA 有限元软件构建了超深分别为 1.0、1.1、1.2 m 等 3 种有限元模型并进行数值模拟和爆破效果分析,通过分析孔底岩石受力特征和应力波强度变化规律探究合理超深.结果表明:超深为 1.1 m 时,台阶根底基本得到控制,并能达到预期爆破效果.
To solve the problem of blasting toe in the SICOMINES copper-cobalt mine,the article derives an overdepth calculation formula based on the open-pit mine drilling overdepth calculation method and Livingston's blasting crater theory,systematically discusses the influences of key factors such as geological conditions,blasting parameters,explosive performance and construction technology on the reasonable overdepth design of deep-hole blasting.Based on the LS-DYNA finite element software,we establish three finite element models with overdepths of 1.0 m,1.1 m,and 1.2 m respectively,and carry out numerical simulation and blasting effect analysis,explore the reasonable overdepth by analyzing the stress characteristics of the rock at the bottom of the hole and the variation law of stress wave intensity.The results show that when the overdepth is 1.1 m,the bench toe is basically controlled,and the expected blasting effect can be achieved.
