颗粒物与噪声联合暴露对认知功能影响研究进展OA
Advances on effects of combined exposure to particulate matter and noise on cognitive function
随着全球人口老龄化与城市化进程加速,认知功能障碍已成为重大公共卫生挑战.流行病学证据表明,长期暴露于颗粒物与环境噪声均是认知衰退的独立危险因素,最新研究表明二者联合暴露可能存在协同放大效应.本文综述了颗粒物与噪声暴露影响认知功能的流行病学研究进展,重点梳理了二者联合暴露损害认知功能的协同效应,并归纳了神经炎症、氧化应激与血管内皮损伤等共同的生物学机制.然而,现有研究虽已初步揭示了颗粒物与噪声联合暴露损害认知功能的协同效应,但结论存在异质性,机制探索尚不充分.未来应加强暴露的精细评估、开展长周期队列研究、关注高暴露职业特殊场景,开展进一步深入研究,以期为健康风险评估和干预策略制定提供依据.
With the accelerated global population aging and urbanization,cognitive dysfunction has become a major public health challenge.Epidemiological evidence indicates that long-term ex-posure to particulate matter and environmental noise are independent risk factors for cognitive decline,and recent studies suggest that their combined exposure may exert a synergistic ampli-fying effect.This review summarized the progress in epidemiological research on the impacts of particulate matter and noise exposure on cognitive function,specifically focusing on the synergistic effects of their combined exposure.Furthermore,it outlined common biological mechanisms such as neuroinflammation,oxidative stress,and vascular endothelial damage.However,while existing studies have preliminarily revealed the synergistic effects of combined particulate matter and noise exposure on cognitive function,the conclusions remain heterogeneous,and the inves-tigation of underlying mechanisms is still insufficient.Future research should prioritize refined exposure assessment,long-term cohort studies,and specific high-exposure occupational scenar-ios,and carry out further in-depth investigations,thereby providing a basis for health risk assess-ment and the development of intervention strategies.
