为探究竹加工剩余物在植物源除草剂领域的应用潜力,以竹加工剩余物竹粉为原料,采用微波辅助低共熔溶剂(氯化胆碱-乳酸)进行提取,通过液相色谱-飞行时间质谱从竹粉提取物中鉴定出对香豆酸、阿魏酸等成分.以对香豆酸得率为指标,结合单因素试验与正交试验优化竹粉的微波辅助提取工艺,获得最优工艺参数为:1 g竹粉,氯化胆碱-乳酸与竹粉的液料比6.9∶1(mL∶g)、提取时间3.5 min、微波功率420 W,此条件下对香豆酸得率为3.20 mg/g.采用水琼脂培养基法评价竹粉提取物的除草活性,竹粉提取物对靶标杂草红车轴草的根长、芽长和鲜质量均具有抑制作用,且呈剂量-效应关系,其中根长对活性组分最敏感.除草毒力测定结果表明:竹粉提取物对红车轴草根长的半数抑制质量浓度(IC50值)为152.95 mg/L,对照样对香豆酸标准品对红车轴草根长的IC50值为63.25 mg/L,证实对香豆酸是竹粉提取物的主要除草活性成分.

Bamboo powder derived from bamboo processing residues was extracted using a microwave-assisted deep eutectic solvent(DES,choline chloride-lactic acid)system to explore its application potential in the field of botanical herbicides.p-Coumaric acid,ferulic acid and other components were identified in the extract by liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry.With the yield of p-coumaric acid as the index,the microwave-assisted extraction process of bamboo powder was optimized by combining single-factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimal extraction process conditions were obtained as follows:1g bamboo powder,liquid-solid ratio of choline chloride-lactic acid to bamboo powder of 6.9∶1(mL∶g),extraction time of 3.5 min and microwave power of 420 W.Under these conditions,the yield of p-coumaric acid reached 3.20 mg/g.The herbicidal activity of the bamboo powder extract was evaluated using the water-agar medium method,and it exhibited inhibitory effects on the root length,shoot length,and fresh weight of the target weed Trifolium pratense L.,showing a clear dose-response relationship.Among the three parameters,root length was the most sensitive to the active components.The herbicidal toxicity of the extract against root length(IC50=152.95 mg/L)was significantly weaker than that of p-coumaric acid(IC50=63.25 mg/L).This confirms that p-coumaric acid is the main herbicidal active component in the bamboo powder extract.
