竹粉贮存期对竹质机制炭性能的影响OA

Effect of Storage Period of Bamboo Powder on the Properties of Bamboo-based Charcoal

以毛竹竹粉为原料,自然堆积1、30、60 d的竹粉D1、D30和D60,经挤压成型后制得竹质机制棒D1-B、D30-B和D60-B,进一步炭化得到竹质机制炭D1-JT、D30-JT和D60-JT.分析了不同贮存期竹粉的物理化学性质,并探究了贮存期对竹质机制炭理化性质、机械性能和燃烧特性的影响.研究结果表明:竹粉经自然堆积1 d(D1)、30 d(D30)和60 d(D60)后,其纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量均发生变化,其中D30含α-纤维素量(38.14%)上升,结晶度(58.12%)提高,木质素(酸溶木质素和酸不溶木质素共计31.93%)变化较小,有利于其在成型过程中形成紧密结构.由D30-B得到的竹质机制炭D30-JT抗碎性(97.70%)最好,固定碳(90.23%)、挥发分(6.01%)等指标符合相关标准要求,并具有优异的热值(低位发热量为31 665 J/g).D30-JT燃烧过程中热释放速率峰值为43.57 kW/m2、总热释放量为61.82 MJ/m2、平均有效燃烧热为35.23 MJ/kg,燃烧效率高,产烟少,燃烧过程稳定.因此,竹粉贮存期为30 d时,所得竹质机制炭的质量和性能较高.

Using bamboo powder as the raw material,samples were naturally piled up for 1,30 and 60 days,designated as D1,D30 and D60,respectively.After being extruded and formed,bamboo mechanical rods D1-B,D30-B and D60-B were obtained.Further carbonization was carried out to obtain bamboo mechanical charcoal D1-JT,D30-JT and D60-JT.The physical and chemical properties of the bamboo powder samples with different storage periods were analyzed,and the effects of storage period on the physicochemical properties,mechanical properties and combustion characteristics of the bamboo mechanical charcoal were investigated.The results showed that after the bamboo powder was naturally piled for 1 day(D1),30 days(D30),and 60 days(D60),the contents of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin changed as well.The content of cellulose in D30(38.14%)increased,the crystallinity(58.12%)improved,and the lignin(total acid-soluble lignin and acid-insoluble lignin,31.93%)changed slightly,which was conducive to form a compact structure during the molding process.The bamboo-based mechanical charcoal D30-JT obtained from D30-B had the best resistance to crushing(97.70%),and the indicators such as fixed carbon(90.23%),volatile matter(6.01%)met the relevant standards requirements,and it also had excellent calorific value(low calorific value of 31 665 J/g).The peak value of heat release rate during the combustion process of D30-JT was 43.57 kW/m2,the total heat release amount was 61.82 MJ/m2,the average effective combustion heat was 35.23 MJ/kg,the combustion efficiency was high,the smoke production was low,and the combustion process was stable.Therefore,when the storage period of bamboo powder was 30 days,the quality and performance of the obtained bamboo-based mechanical charcoal were relatively high.
