面向中西医结合诊疗脓毒症研究的多模态数据平台构建与应用OA
Construction and application of a multimodal data platform for sepsis research in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment
脓毒症病死率高,中西医结合为其诊疗提供了新思路.然而多模态数据融合困难制约了相关研究.本研究建立中西医结合诊疗脓毒症的标准数据模型;基于面向服务的体系架构,构建"数据-知识-决策"于一体的智能化平台,旨在为临床科研与精准诊疗提供支撑.目前,该平台已在浙江省中医院落地应用,支持多项脓毒症临床研究高效开展,并依托人工智能技术挖掘中医证候演化规律、构建疾病进展风险预警模型.该平台推动了脓毒症科研与诊疗向数据驱动、中西医深度融合的方向发展.
Sepsis is associated with high mortality,and the integration of TCM and Western medicine offers a novel approach for its diagnosis and treatment.However,the difficulty in fusing multimodal data hinders relat-ed research.This study aims to establish a standard data model for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis based on TCM and Western medicine.Based on the service-oriented architecture,we construct an intelligent plat-form integrating"data-knowledge-decision-making"to provide support for clinical research and precision medicine.The platform has been implemented and applied in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine.It has been used to support the conduct of multiple clinical studies on sepsis,and to leverage artificial intelligence technology to explore the evolution rules of TCM syndromes and establish risk warning models for disease progression.The platform promotes the development of sepsis research,diagnosis and treatment towards a data-driven and deep integration of TCM and Western medicine direction.
