社会性科学议题(SSI)凭借其科学与社会的双重属性,以及内在的争议性与不确定性,已成为提升学生核心素养与科学论证能力的关键领域.基于我国《义务教育科学课程标准(2022年版)》,本研究改进社会性科学议题教与学模式(SSI-TL模式),以"日本核污水排海"为教学主题,以培养学生决策能力和批判思维、促进其社会道德发展为目标开展教学设计,并结合实施情况提出以下建议:更新观念,转变教师对SSI及其教学的态度和认识;完善设计,强化SSI教学的设计建构;推进应用,优化SSI教学实践的开展.研究形成的设计思路与实施经验对其他类型SSI教学具有可迁移的参考价值.

Socio-Scientific Issues(SSI),characterized by their dual scientific and social attributes as well as their inherent controversy and uncertainty,have emerged as a critical domain for cultivating students'core competencies and scientific argumentation skills.Grounded in the Compulsory Education Science Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)of China,this study refines the Socio-Scientific Issues Teaching and Learning model(SSI-TL model)and conducts instructional design and implementation with"the discharge of nuclear-contaminated water from Japan"as the pedagogical theme,aiming to develop students'decision-making and critical thinking abilities while promoting their socio-moral development.On this basis,the study proposes the following recommendations:updating conceptual understanding to reshape attitudes toward SSI and its instruction;refining design strategies to strengthen the pedagogical framework of SSI teaching;and advancing practice to optimize the implementation of SSI instruction.The instructional design rationale and implementation experience derived from this study offer transferable reference value for other types of SSI-based teaching.
