从"说明"到"对话":科技馆儿童展区图文板文字传播策略研究OA
From Instruction to Dialogue:A Study on Communication Strategies of Graphic Texts in Children's Exhibition
科技馆是开展非正式科学教育的重要场所,其儿童展区的图文板文字不仅是信息传递的载体,更是塑造参观体验、实现教育目标的关键媒介,但当前普遍存在成人化、说教化倾向.本文基于儿童认知发展理论、情境学习与教育游戏理论,以上海科技馆"一米世界"展区为案例,通过文本分析法剖析其图文板文字的内容特征与传播策略.研究发现,该展区通过故事化情境、拟人化叙事、行动化指令、探索式逻辑及游戏化框架等策略,探索了从单向"信息传达"向双向"体验塑造"的转变.在此基础上,本文构建了儿童展区图文板文字传播的DIALOG策略框架,旨在为科技馆儿童科普图文板设计提供理论与实践参考.
As a vital venue for informal science education,science museums rely on graphic texts in children's exhibitions not only as vehicles for information delivery but also as key media for shaping visitor experience and achieving educational goals.However,such texts are often characterized by adult-centered perspectives and a preachy tone.Drawing on theories of children's cognitive development,situated learning,and educational game-based learning,his study conducts a textual analysis of graphic texts in the"Mini World"children's exhibition at Shanghai Science&Technology Museum.The findings reveal that the exhibition employs strategies such as dramatized context,personified narration,action-oriented directives,logic of inquiry,and gamification,thereby exploring a shift from one-way"information transmission"to two-way"experience construction".On this basis,the study proposes the DIALOG framework—a strategic framework for graphic text communication in children's exhibitions—aiming to provide a systematic theoretical and practical reference framework for the design of children's science communication materials in museums.
