用中国现当代遗产致敬第30届世界建筑师大会的思考OA

Beijing will host the 30th World Congress of Architects in 2029,coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.This marks a pivotal moment for the Chinese architectural community to re-engage with the global arena,three decades after the International Union of Architects(UIA)Congress was held in Beijing in 1999.This paper reviews the historical significance and academic contributions of the 1999 Congress and the Beijing Charter.It synthesizes the research advancements and the evolving academic framework surrounding China's 20th-century architectural heritage,underscoring the value of modern and contemporary heritage for the nation's architectural development and cultural continuity.Situating the discussion within international architectural trends and national cultural strategies,this paper proposes strategic approaches encompassing top-level design,interdisciplinary collaboration,preparation of academic outputs,compilation of heritage documentation,and the formulation of a new Beijing Charter.By positioning China's modern and contemporary architectural heritage as a central vehicle,this paper aims to demonstrate to the international community the latest achievements in Chinese architectural creation and heritage conservation,foster the global dissemination of Chinese architectural culture,and realize the academic legacy and innovative progression of Chinese architecture from 1999 to 2029.
