China's urban development is currently undergoing a profound transition from incremental expansion to stock optimization,with urban renewal emerging as the core pathway for sustainable urban growth.This study transcends the narrow perspective of mere physical space transformation by situating architectural design within the holistic framework of"urban organic renewal."It proposes that architectural redesign is not only an evolution of form and function but also a critical intervention mechanism embedded in complex urban systems,participating in spatial governance and fostering social symbiosis.Through theoretical synthesis and empirical analysis,the research constructs a systematic strategic framework comprising five dimensions:"spatial weaving and system linkage","functional mixing and adaptive resilience","cultural memory and identity reshaping","technological innovation and green iteration,"and"multi-stakeholder collaboration and process management."It is intended to offer guidance integrating theoretical depth and practical value for architectural design in urban renewal.
