Research and Development of an Integrated Design Management Information System for an Architectural Design Institute
在新型工业化战略推动建筑业数字化转型的背景下,信息化与工业化深度融合已成为行业高质量发展的关键.当前众多建筑设计院正面临信息系统互通性弱、协同设计效率低、管理流程标准化不足等突出问题.为解决上述问题,提升项目质量管理水平与企业核心竞争力,某建筑设计院以信息化与工业化深度融合为契机,通过对建筑行业信息化建设现状与问题的分析,自主研发了新型勘察设计一体化信息系统.该系统通过构建以项目为核心的Web管理平台、基于CAD的协同设计环境与移动审批终端,实现了管理审批流程的优化与多专业协同办公的强化.实践表明,该系统有效促进了设计效率的提升、管理过程的标准化与知识共享的便捷化,为同类设计院的信息化建设提供了可借鉴案例.
Against the background of the new industrialization strategy driving the digital transformation of the construction industry,the deep integration of informatization and industrialization has become the key to the high-quality development of the industry.At present,numerous architectural design institutes are confronted with prominent problems such as weak interoperability of information systems,low efficiency of collaborative design,and insufficient standardization of management processes.To solve the above problems and improve project quality management and enterprise core competitiveness,an architectural design institute capitalized on the opportunity of the integration of informatization and industrialization through analyzing the current situation and problems of informatization construction in the construction industry,it independently developed a novel integrated design management information system.By constructing a project-centric Web management platform,a CAD-based collaborative design environment and a mobile approval terminal,the system optimizes the management approval process and enhances multi-disciplinary collaborative work.Practice has shown that the system effectively promotes design efficiency,standardizes management processes,and facilitates knowledge sharing,providing a replicable reference for the informatization construction of similar design institutes.
