Industrial Chain Collaboration in Intelligent Construction:A Case Study from Wenzhou Wanyang Group
智能建造产业发展中,产业链上下游常受市场竞争、政策变动、技术标准不统一及数据安全等问题困扰.本文针对当前面临的产业延伸受阻、模式创新风险高、技术推广难、智能化进程挑战以及设计协同不足等关键问题,提出拓展产业边界、创新合作模式、聚焦品质提升、融合数字技术、强化设计协同等智能建造产业链协同对策,并以温州万洋集团打造园区全产业链体系为例,验证协同路径有效性,为建筑业企业转型提供了有益参考.
In the development of the intelligent construction industry,the upstream and downstream sectors of the industrial chain are often plagued by problems such as market competition,policy changes,inconsistent technical standards,and data security.Focusing on the key dilemmas currently faced-including hindered industrial extension,high risks of model innovation,difficulties in technology popularization,challenges in the intelligent transformation process,and insufficient design coordination-this paper proposes collaborative strategies for the intelligent construction industrial chain.These strategies include expanding industrial boundaries,innovating cooperation modes,focusing on quality improvement,integrating digital technologies,and strengthening design coordination.Taking the full industrial chain system for industrial parks developed by Wenzhou Wanyang Group as a case study,this paper verifies the effectiveness of these collaborative pathways,offering valuable insights for construction enterprise transformation.
