藤黄健骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效及对血清IGF-1、LCN2水平的影响OA
Efficacy of Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporosis and its influence on serum IGF-1 and LCN2 levels
目的 探讨藤黄健骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症(OP)的疗效及对患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、脂质运载蛋白2(LCN2)水平的影响.方法 选取该院2022年10月至2024年8月收治的122例老年性 OP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(服用阿法骨化醇)、联合组(服用藤黄健骨胶囊+阿法骨化醇),每组61例.比较2组的临床疗效、骨密度(BMD)、骨标志物[骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)]、血清IGF-1、LCN2水平及不良反应.结果 联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组的BMD及IGF-1、BGP、BALP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TRACP-5b、LCN2水平低于对照组(P<0.05).2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 藤黄健骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性 OP的疗效确切,可提高患者BMD,改善骨标志物及血清IGF-1、LCN2水平,且安全性良好.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(OP)and its influence on serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and lipocalin-2(LCN2).Methods A total of 122 patients with senile OP admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(treated with alfacalcidol)and a combination group(treated with Tenghuang Jiangu capsule plus alfa-calcidol)using the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy,bone mineral density(BMD),bone markers[osteocalcin(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b)],serum levels of IGF-1 and LCN2,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BMD and levels of IGF-1,BGP and BALP in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),whereas levels of TRACP-5b and LCN2 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically sig-nificant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with alfacalcidol demonstrates definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of senile OP.This combined therapy can increase BMD,improve bone markers and serum IGF-1 and LCN2 levels,and exhibit a favorable safety profile.
