探针支杆对离心压气机性能影响的研究OA
Research on the Influence of Probe Radius Rod on the Performance of Centrifugal Compressor
在离心压气机进口处加入探针支杆,研究其对压气机气动性能的影响,计算带有不同堵塞比、不同轴向位置和不同形状探针支杆的离心压气机特性线.结果表明:相比于无探针支杆的工况,带探针支杆的压气机特性线整体向左下方偏移;探针支杆在流道中堵塞比越大,压气机性能衰减越严重;探针支杆轴向位置对压气机特性线基本无影响;堵塞比相同时,水滴型支杆相比于圆柱型支杆压气机性能有所改善,水滴型支杆前尾缘直径比为5∶3时压气机性能最佳.
With a probe radius rod being added at the inlet of the centrifugal compressor,the research looks into its influence on the aerodynamic performance of the compressor,and calculates the characteristic lines of the centrifugal compressor with probe radius rods of different blockage ratios,axial positions,and shapes.The results show that compared to the working condition without probe radius rod,the characteristic line of the compressor with probe radius rod is generally shifted to the lower left,that the larger the blockage ratio of the probe support in the flow channel,the more severe the performance degradation of the compressor,that the axial position of the probe radius rod has little effect on the compressor characteristic line,and that when the blockage ratio stays the same,the performance of the compressor with water-drop-shaped radius rod is improved compared to the cylinder-shaped support,and the compressor works best when the diameter ratio of the front and tail edges of the water-drop-shaped radius rod is 5∶3.
