以贫油直喷燃烧室为研究对象,建立燃烧室不同温度载荷下的有限元模型,对燃烧室在不同不均匀分布热环境下的动力学特性进行仿真计算分析,发现燃烧室在不同热环境下部分阶次模态发生了模态偏移现象.开展燃烧室燃烧状态下的振动测试实验.分析实验结果发现:由于燃烧室内不均匀的温度分布导致燃烧室结构构型发生了变化,其产生的类似双曲面的圆顶形状变形,直接导致燃烧室的模态发生偏移.研究得到的这种贫油直喷燃烧室在不均匀温度载荷下的动力学特性变化规律,能够为工程实践中对燃烧室的结构动力学优化设计、延长使用寿命提供有效参考.

This paper focuses on the lean direct injection combustion chamber and establishes a finite meta-model under different temperature loads.When the dynamic properties of the combustion chamber in various unevenly-distributed heating environments are simulated and calculated,it is spotted that certain order modal experiences modal shifting phenomena when combustion chamber is under different thermal conditions.As vibration tests were conducted on the combustion chamber under combustion conditions,the analysis results indicated that the non-uniform temperature distribution inside the combustion chamber led to structural configuration changes.The deformation that happened to a hyperbolic-like-shaped dome directly caused modal shifting in the combustion chamber.The dynamic property variation pattern of the lean direct injection combustion chamber under non-uniform temperature loads provides valuable insights for the structural and dynamic optimization design in engineering practice,contributing to the extension of its operational lifespan.
