采用裂纹柔度法,对90 mm厚国产新型2050-T84铝合金板内部残余应力分布进行首次测试研究.结果表明:应力呈对称"W"型曲线,表层压应力峰值位于距表面10 mm处(-31 MPa),内部拉应力峰值距中面3 mm(28 MPa).当插值函数分别优化至5阶和6阶时,两个试样应力计算总不确定度分别最低.该文的研究为航空领域材料性能评估及工艺优化提供关键数据支撑.

This article uses the crack flexibility method to apply the premere test on the internal residual stress distribution inside a 90 mm-thick domestically-produced new 2050-T84 aluminum alloy plate.The results show that the stress exhibits a symmetrical"W"-shaped curve,with the peak compressive stress at a distance of 10 mm from the surface(-31 MPa)and the peak tensile stress at a distance of 3 mm from the middle surface(28 MPa).When the interpolation functions are optimized to 5th and 6th order respectively,the total uncertainty of stress calculation for the two samples is at the minimum.This article provides key data support for material performance evaluation and process optimization in the aviation field.
