[目的]明确我国主产烟区烟草尖孢镰刀菌对市售主流杀菌剂的敏感性现状并建立抗性基线.[方法]从广西、贵州、安徽、福建和江西 5 省218 份烟草根腐病样本中分离纯化获得尖孢镰刀菌,采用菌丝生长速率法测定 10 种杀菌剂毒力,按抗性指数划分敏感、低抗、中抗和高抗群体,统计抗性频率.[结果]在 45%三氟吡啶胺处理中,仅检出敏感和低抗个体,EC50 均值 0.042 µg/mL,抑制活性最高;30%肟菌·戊唑醇、20%氟酰羟·苯甲唑EC50 均值分别为 0.621 µg/mL 和 0.207 µg/mL,敏感菌株占比均在 60%以上;40%苯甲·吡唑酯、60%啶酰·咯菌腈EC50 均值分别为 0.423 µg/mL 和 4.463 µg/mL,且龙岩、三明地区的敏感菌株占比低于其他地区;29%吡萘·嘧菌酯 EC50 高达358 µg/mL,敏感菌株<50%,中抗-高抗累计>30%;25%吡唑醚菌酯和25%啶菌噁唑抗性频率呈"倒金字塔"式抗性结构,高抗频率分别达 30%和 20%.[结论]45%三氟吡啶胺可作为烟区镰刀菌根腐病防控的核心轮换药剂,对出现"双峰"或"倒金字塔"格局的药剂应立即停用,并建立分区基线监测,结合不同机制混配与生物制剂轮换,以延缓高抗个体固定,保障病害可持续治理.

[Objective]This study was conducted to determine the sensitivity baseline of Fusarium oxysporum from major tobacco-growing regions in China to commercially available fungicides.[Method]Fusarium oxysporum was isolated and purified from 218 tobacco root rot samples collected from Guangxi,Guizhou,Anhui,Fujian,and Jiangxi.The toxicities of 10 fungicides were evaluated by using the mycelial growth rate method.Isolates were categorized as sensitive,low-resistant,moderately resistant,or highly resistant based on resistance indices,and resistance frequencies were calculated.[Result]45%of cyclobutrifluram was only detected in sensitive and low resistant individuals,with an average EC50 of 0.042 µg/mL and the highest inhibitory activity.The average EC50 of 30%trifloxystrobin tebuconazole and 20%pydiflumetofen difenoconazole were 0.621 µg/mL and 0.207 µg/mL,respectively,with sensitive strains accounting for over 60%.The average EC50 values of 40%difenoconazole pyraclostrobin and 60%boscalid fludioxonil fungicide were 0.423 µg/mL and 4.463 µg/mL,and the proportion of sensitive strains in Longyan and Sanming areas was lower than that in other areas.29%isopyrazam azoxystrobin EC50 reached 358 µg/mL,with sensitive strains<50%and cumulative medium high resistance>30%.The resistance frequencies of 25%pyraclostrobin and 25%pyrisoxazole exhibited"inverted pyramid"resistance structure,with high resistance frequencies reaching 30%and 20%,respectively.[Conclusion]45%cyclobutrifluram can be used as a core rotation agent for the prevention and control of Fusarium oxysporum wilt disease in tobacco growing areas.Agents with"bimodal"or"inverted pyramid"patterns should be immediately discontinued and the baseline monitoring should be established in different zones.Combining different mechanisms of mixing and biological agent rotation can delay the fixation of highly resistant individuals and ensure sustainable disease control.
