3种虫生真菌对烟蚜茧蜂寄生力及其子代的影响OA

[目的]探究烟蚜在感染 3 种虫生真菌对烟蚜茧蜂寄生行为及子代适合度的影响.[方法]采用虫体浸渍法,分别用 3 种虫生真菌[藤仓镰孢菌(Fusarium fujikuroi)、米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)、黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)]的不同浓度孢子悬浮液(1.00×106、1.00×107、1.00×108 个/mL)处理烟蚜,随后通过室内叶片培养法,测定烟蚜茧蜂对此类受感染蚜虫的寄生率,并观察其子代(F1)的羽化率、雌性比、成蜂寿命及后足胫节长度.[结果]3 种虫生真菌被感染后显著降低了烟蚜茧蜂的寄生率(P<0.05).在 1.00×108 个/mL 浓度下,米曲霉处理组的寄生率最低(14.00%),较对照组(27.33%)下降了约 48.8%.黄曲霉处理显著抑制了子代羽化率,在最高浓度下羽化率仅为 62.10%,较对照下降了 18.9%(P<0.05).米曲霉处理显著缩短了子代成蜂寿命(较对照减少 3.55 h,P<0.05),而藤仓镰孢菌处理则显著缩短了子代成蜂的后足胫节长度(减少 16.20 μm,P<0.05).3 种处理对子代雌性比均无显著影响(P>0.05).[结论]烟蚜感染 3 种虫生真菌后,会显著降低烟蚜茧蜂的寄生成功率.此外,不同真菌对茧蜂子代适合度的影响有菌种特异性,黄曲霉主要影响羽化率,米曲霉影响成蜂寿命,藤仓镰孢菌影响形态发育.研究表明,在制定烟蚜综合生物防治方案时,需审慎评估所选虫生真菌对寄生蜂天敌的潜在负面影响.

[Objective]This study investigated how infection of Myzus persicae with three entomopathogenic fungi affects the parasitic behavior and progeny fitness of Aphidius gifuensis.[Method]Myzus persicae was treated by using the immersion method with spore suspensions of three fungal species at three distinct concentrations:1.00×106,1.00×107,and 1.00×108 spores/mL.Subsequently,the parasitism rate of Aphidius gifuensis on fungus-infected aphids was determined via the laboratory leaf culture method.The emergence rate,female ratio,adult lifespan,and hind tibia length of the F₁ progeny were also observed and measured.[Result]Infection by the three fungal species significantly reduced the parasitism rate of A.gifuensis(P<0.05).At the concentration of 1.00×108 spores/mL,the parasitism rate in the Aspergillus oryzae treatment group was the lowest(14.00%),which was approximately 48.8%lower than that in the control group(27.33%).Aspergillus flavus treatment significantly inhibited the emergence rate of progeny;at the highest concentration,the emergence rate was only 62.10%,a decrease of 18.9%compared with that of the control(P<0.05).Aspergillus oryzae treatment significantly shortened the adult lifespan of F₁ progeny(decreased by 3.55 h compared with that of the control,P<0.05),while Fusarium fujikuroi treatment significantly reduced the hind tibia length of F₁ adult wasps(decreased by 16.20 μm,P<0.05).None of the three fungal treatments had a significant effect on the female ratio of the progeny(P>0.05).[Conclusion]This study confirmed that infection of Myzus persicae by entomopathogenic fungi significantly reduced the parasitic success rate of Aphidius gifuensis.In addition,the effects of different fungi on the offspring fitness of the parasitoid were species-specific:Aspergillus flavus mainly affected the emergence rate,Aspergillus oryzae affected adult lifespan,and Fusarium fujikuroi affected morphological development.These results indicated that when formulating an integrated biological control program for Myzus persicae,the potential negative impacts of the selected entomopathogenic fungi on the parasitoid natural enemies should be carefully evaluated.
