北方果区橘小实蝇蛆果无害化处理探索与实践OA
Exploration and practice of harmless treatment of Bactrocera dorsalis maggot fruits in northern fruit regions
[目的]探索适宜于北方果区橘小实蝇蛆果无害化处理技术,明确不同处置方式、腐烂程度、果实种类和负压次数对蛆果处理效果的影响,为蛆果彻底、高效且快速处理以控制该虫继代危害提供理论依据和技术参考.[方法]采用蛆果处理袋探索处置方式、腐烂程度、果实种类和负压次数对蛆果处理效果的影响.[结果]以桃果为例,蛆果处理袋+负压处理10 s,负压值为-60 kPa果实内幼虫死亡率24 h可达100%,蛆果处理袋+封口处理为14.45%,蛆果处理袋+敞口仅为 1.12%,封口显著高于敞口,但显著低于负压,表明不同处置方式对蛆果内幼虫死亡率影响差异显著.蛆果处理袋+负压处理能够解决蛆果内幼虫死亡不彻底的问题.比较蛆果处理袋+负压和蛆果处理袋+封口两种模式下不同腐烂程度对橘小实蝇幼虫杀灭效果可知,蛆果处理袋+负压处理效果不受果实腐烂程度影响,24 h 后幼虫死亡率均可达到 100%,而蛆果处理袋+封口处理效果与腐烂程度关系密切,腐烂程度越高,处理效果越好,表现出明显梯度效应.不同水果(桃、梨、苹果、枣)+负压处理 1 次杀虫效果即可达到 100%,石榴可以通过在总时间不变的情况下增加负压次数提高杀虫的彻底性,负压处理 2~3 次可实现100%杀灭效果.[结论]蛆果处理袋+负压在蛆果处理方面具有优越性,可推广应用.
[Objective]This study was conducted to explore the harmless treatment technology suitable for orange fruit maggots in northern fruit areas,clarify the effects of different treatment methods,decay degrees,fruit varieties and negative pressure frequency on the treatment efficiency of maggots,and provide theoretical basis and technical references for thorough,efficient,and rapid treatment of maggot fruits to control the subculture harm of the insect.[Method]Using maggot fruit treated bags(MB)to explore the effects of disposal methods,decay degrees,fruit categories,and negative pressure frequency on the treatment effects of maggot fruits.[Result]Taking the peach fruit as an example,after 10 s of treatment with maggot fruit treated bags+negative pressure(MB+NP),with a negative pressure value of-60 kPa,the mortality rate of larvae in fruits reached 100%within 24 hours,the maggot fruit treated bags+sealing treatment(MB+ST)reached 14.45%,and the maggots treated bags+opening treatment(MB+OT)reached only 1.12%.The result of MB+ST was significantly higher than that of MB+OT,but significantly lower than that of MB+NP.This indicated that different disposal methods had significant differences in the mortality rate of larvae in maggot fruits.MB+NP could solve the problem of incomplete death of larvae in maggot fruits.Comparing the killing effects of different degrees of decay on B.dorsalis larvae under MB+NP and MB+ST,it could be seen that the two modes exhibited different characteristics.The effect of MB+NP was not affected by the decay degree of maggot fruits,and the mortality rate of larvae could reach 100%after 24 hours.However,the effect of MB+ST was closely related to the decay degree of maggot fruits and showed differences.For different fruits,peach,pear,apple,and jujube could achieve 100%insecticidal effect with one MB+NP.Pomegranates could improve their thoroughness by increasing the number of MB+NP,while MB+NP 2-3 times could achieve 100%killing effect.[Conclusion]Overall,it was believed that the combination of MB+NP had superiority in the treatment of maggots and could be widely applied.
