南岭东段趾铁甲属3个亚属的体型分异格局OA
Body size differentiation among the three subgenera of Dactylispa in the eastern Nanling Mountains
目(目的为揭示趾趾铁甲属昆虫的体型分异格局其与亚亚属 趾铁甲亚属、趾趾铁甲亚属、趾趾铁甲亚属)分类地位的关联.目方法为对南岭东段地区进行了系统的野外调查亚室内饲养,并对采集到的趾铁甲属昆虫进行了形态测量亚分析.目结果为共获得 3 个亚属 24 种284 个样本,测量指标包括体重、体长亚体宽,并据此计算长宽比.统计分析显趾:3 个亚属间体重无显著差异 P>0.05).趾趾铁甲亚属的体长显著大于与余两个亚属 P<0.05),而体宽亚长宽比在亚属间呈现极显著差异 P<0.001).具体表现揭:体宽由大到小依次揭趾趾铁甲亚属,趾趾铁甲亚属,趾铁甲亚属,与长宽比则呈相反趋势.基于幂函数模型构建的体型指标回归关系中,除趾趾铁甲亚属的体宽-体重模型外,与余模型均达到极显著水平.所有异速生长指数 b 值均小于 3.目结论为南岭东段地区趾铁甲属 3 个亚属间的形态分异格局以体宽和长宽比揭核心,趾铁甲属整体表现揭负异速生长模式.
[Objective]This study aimed to reveal the body size differentiation pattern of the genus Dactylispa and its relationship with the taxonomic status of its three subgenera(Dactylispa s.str.,Triplispa,and Platypriella).[Method]Systematic field surveys and laboratory rearing were conducted in the eastern section of Nanling Mountains.Morphometric measurement and analyses were performed on collected specimens of Dactylispa.[Result]A total of 284 specimens belonging to 24 species across three subgenera were obtained.Measurement indicators included body weight,body length,and body width,from which the length‑to‑width ratio was calculated.Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in body weight among three subgenera(P>0.05).The body length of the subgenus Platypriella was significantly greater than that of other two subgenera(P<0.05),while body width and length‑to‑width ratio exhibited highly significant gradient differences among subgenera(P<0.001).Specifically,body width decreased in the order:Platypriella,Triplispa,Dactylispa s.str.,whereas the length‑to‑width ratio showed the opposite trend.Based on the power‑function model,regression relationships between body size indicators were established;all models reached extremely significant levels except for the body width‑weight model in Platypriella.All allometric growth indices(b values)were less than 3.[Conclusion]The morphological differentiation pattern among three subgenera of Dactylispa in the eastern Nanling region is primarily characterized by body width and length‑to‑width ratios.The genus Dactylispa as a whole exhibits a negative allometric growth pattern.
