Intelligent open system for objective structured clinical examination in traditional Chinese medicine undergraduate education:A review
随着我国医学模式的持续转型及对中医类专业人才培养质量要求的不断提高,客观结构化临床考试模式不断迭代更新.本文系统梳理中医类专业本科生客观结构化临床考试的应用现状与困境、技术创新与教育效果,对智能化开放体系建设与发展进行深度思考.分析表明,未来客观结构化临床考试模式应聚焦中医专属智能设备研发、区域资源共享、师资培育路径等维度,推动智能化教学体系高质量发展,为中医临床人才培养提供更坚实有力的支撑.
With the continuous transformation of China's healthcare paradigm and the increasing demand for high-quality Traditional Chi-nese Medicine(TCM)professionals,the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)has undergone constant evolution.This paper systematically reviews the application status,existing challenges,technological innovations,and educational outcomes of OSCE for TCM undergraduates,while providing an in-depth analysis of the construction of intelligent open systems.The synthesis suggests that future ad-vancements in OSCE should focus on three dimensions:developing dedicated intelligent TCM devices,establishing regional resource-shar-ing mechanisms,and optimizing faculty development pathways.These strategic priorities aim to drive the high-quality evolution of intelli-gent teaching systems and provide robust,evidence-based support for TCM clinical education.
