本科护生跨文化敏感性现状调查及影响因素研究OA

Objective To investigate the current status of intercultural sensitivity level of undergraduate nursing students and analyze its in-fluencing factors.Methods Undergraduate nursing students from a university in Yunnan who were studying from March to April 2025 were selected as the survey subjects.The cross-sectional survey method was used to collect general information and intercultural sensitivity score data of the survey subjects,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results 406 valid questionnaires were collected.The intercultural sensitivity score of nursing students was(148.70±12.37)points.The multivariate linear regression results show that whether you have studied abroad went abroad,whether you have received knowledge and courses related to cross-cultural nursing,and your attitude towards nursing major are the main factors influencing the intercultural nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students(P＜0.01).Conclusion The in-tercultural sensitivity level of undergraduate nursing students is at a moderate level.Intercultural exchanges and interactions should be strengthened,multi-dimensional intercultural nursing knowledge and course learning should be carried out,and their attitude towards the nursing profession are the main influencing factors of the cross-cultural sensitivity level of undergraduate nursing students(P＜0.01).
