思维导图联合问题导向学习在基础医学教学中的探索与实践OA

Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in basic medical teaching.Methods A total of 83 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from Shanxi Datong University were selected as re-search objects and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to their classes.From September to December 2022,both groups received PBL teaching of basic medicine,while the experimental group was additionally integrated with mind mapping.The implementation effect was comprehensively evaluated by comparing the academic achievements of the two groups and combining post-course questionnaires.Results The usual scores,final examination scores,total scores,and scores of case analysis questions in the ex-amination of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvements in knowledge integration,data sorting,clinical thinking,and disease diagnosis abilities,as well as a significantly higher satisfaction with teaching design,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of mind mapping combined with PBL can significantly improve clinical medi-cal undergraduates'comprehensive academic performance and abilities,providing an effective approach for enhancing the quality of basic medical teaching.
