临床血液学检验实训教学中,传统模式受限于资源、操作等,不能满足现在教学的需求,"数智融合"时代教育变革势在必行.本研究构建基于"数智融合"的VR/AR临床血液学检验实训教学模式,运用文献研究法、教学设计法、技术开发法等方法,以学生为中心,用数字技术、智能技术驱动教学创新,构建科学可行的教学模式.通过实证研究选取某校某专业某班作为实验组和对照组,采用实验法、问卷调查法和访谈法收集数据.新教学模式可以提高学生的成绩,提升学习体验感与满意度,对于培养学生的实践操作能力和临床思维有着明显的优势,在教学实践中提供了新的思路,在推动临床血液学检验实训教学改革中起到重要作用.

In the practical training teaching of clinical hematology,the traditional model is difficult to meet the current teaching needs due to limited resources and operational limitations.With the advent of the"digital intelligence integration"era,educational transformation has become an inevitable trend.This study aims to construct a VR/AR clinical hematology training teaching model based on"digital intelli-gence integration".Through literature research,teaching design and technology development,it takes students to the center,uses digital technology and intelligent technology to drive teaching innovation,and constructs a scientific and feasible teaching model.The empirical research selected specific schools,majors and classes,and used experimental methods,questionnaire surveys and interviews to collect da-ta.The results show that the new teaching model can effectively improve students'grades,enhance learning experience and satisfaction,and has significant advantages in cultivating students'practical operation ability and clinical thinking.It provides an innovative path for teaching practice and is of great significance for promoting the reform of clinical hematology training teaching.
