"三层五维、匠行合一"非学历教育育人机制研究OA

Under the background of integrating training with education,non-degree education in higher vocational medical colleges serves as a crucial pathway to support the development of grassroots health talent teams in the region.However,its current development still fac-es challenges such as imbalanced supply-demand matching,inefficient governance and operation,and weak quality assurance.Based on an analysis of the dilemmas in non-degree education,this study systematically constructs a"three-tier,five-dimensional,craftsmanship-prac-tice integration"educational mechanism.This mechanism is structured across three progressive tiers-the basic adaptation tier,the skill en-hancement tier,and the excellence development tier—and is supported by five dimensions:ideological and political guidance,platform support,faculty integration,standards alignment,and diversified evaluation,all underpinned by the professional spirit of"craftsman-ship-practice integration."Through a closed-loop operation of tiered supply,collaborative governance,and whole-process evaluation,the mechanism effectively resolves the dilemmas of supply-demand mismatch and governance inefficiency.It provides an operable practical paradigm for similar institutions to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of non-degree education in serving the construction of regional grassroots health talent teams.
