基于OBE的医药ERP实训课程教学优化与实践OA

This study focuses on the reform of the medical ERP training course under the OBE concept,using the integration of industry and education as a link.Through precise positioning of ability goals,constructing characteristic course content modules,driving ability generation with diverse methods,and improving multi-dimensional evaluation feedback,it effectively compensates for the shortcomings of traditional training courses.The SPSS analysis results show that this system has increased the theoretical equity value of student groups by 18.04%,and the performance of virtual groups by 32.74%.The teaching implementation effect after the optimization and reconfiguration of the course system has significantly improved(P=0.013).The rationality of the training content modules is the primary factor affecting the practical teaching effect(r=0.442).The joint construction of training carriers by industry and education,and the full-process collabora-tive education can break the barriers between institutions and industries,achieve seamless connection between training courses and job re-quirements,and provide a feasible model for the application-oriented talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
