案例链教学融入课程思政对神内规培生"诊疗与人文"能力的影响OA

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of integrating case chain teaching with ideological and political education in the curriculum on the"diagnosis and treatment-humanities"dual abilities of standardized trainees in neurology.Method This study is a pro-spective study.A total of 260 trainees who were undergoing standardized training in our hospital from February 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a case group of 130 and a traditional group of 130 according to the principle of ran-dom coin-tossing.The traditional group received the regular standardized training teaching arrangement of neurology.The case group,on the basis of the traditional group's teaching,was given the integration of case chain teaching into ideological and political education in the course.The observation period was three months,and the teaching effect was recorded.The teaching effect was evaluated by means of pre-teaching baseline assessment and post-teaching standardized examination,and the data was analyzed through intra-group pre-post com-parison and inter-group concurrent comparison.Result Before the teaching,there were no statistically significant differences in the mas-tery of clinical skills and humanistic quality scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After three months of teaching,clinical skills and humanistic quality scores of the case group were all higher than those of the traditional group(P＜0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the case group after 3 months of teaching was higher than that of the traditional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrating case chain teaching into ideological and political education in the curriculum can enhance the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of standardized trainees in neurology,and also improve their humanistic qualities and teaching satisfaction.
