Impact mechanism of new quality productive forces on synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction:from multi-factor empowerment perspective

基于2011-2023年长三角地区41个地级市的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和空间滞后模型,实证检验农业新质生产力与农业减污降碳协同效应的因果关系及增效机制.结果表明,农业新质生产力能够显著降低农业碳排放量和农业面源污染水平,并能显著促进农业减污降碳协同增效.机制分析发现,农业新质生产力通过发挥劳动力要素赋能效应、技术要素赋能效应和管理要素赋能效应,推动人力资本升级、农业科技进步和环境权益交易,进而促进农业减污降碳协同增效.异质性分析表明,农业新质生产力对农业减污降碳协同效应的提升作用在都市圈城市、沿江城市和粮食主产区的促进作用更大.相较于农业新质劳动资料和农业新质劳动对象,农业新质劳动者促进农业减污降碳协同效应水平提升的作用最大.空间效应分析显示,农业新质生产力对农业减污降碳协同增效表现出显著的抑制性空间溢出.据此,建议持续推动农业新质生产力发展,构建系统性要素赋能体系以打通转化路径,注重提升农业新质生产力发展的区域协同效应,从而有力推进农业减污降碳协同增效.

This study,drawing on a panel dataset covering 41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta Region from 2011 to 2023,empirically examines the causal relationship and synergistic mechanism of the synergistic effect between the development of agricultural new quality productive forces and the synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction by adopting the two-way fixed effect model,the mediated effect model,and the spatial lag model.The study shows that the development of agricultural new quality productive forces can significantly achieve reduction in both agricultural carbon emissions and non-point source pollution,thus significantly promoting the synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction.Mechanism analysis reveals that the development of agricultural new quality productive forces can exert the empowering effect of the labor factor,the technology factor,and the management factor to promote the upgrading of human capital,the progress of agricultural science and technology,and the trading of environmental rights and interests before promoting the synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the enhancement effect of agricultural new quality productive forces development on the synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction is more significant in metropolitan area cities,riverside cities,and main grain producing areas.Compared with new agricultural labor materials and new agricultural labor objects,new agricultural laborers play the greatest role in promoting synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction.The analysis of spatial effects shows that there exists significant negative spatial spillover effect of the development of agricultural new quality productive forces on the synergistic effect of agricultural pollution-carbon reduction.Therefore,efforts should be sustained to advance the development of new-quality productive forces in agriculture,establishing a systematic framework for empowering key factors to facilitate conversion pathways.In addition,emphasis should be placed on enhancing regional synergies in the development of these new-quality productive forces,thereby vigorously promoting the synergistic benefits of reducing pollution and lowering carbon emissions in agriculture.
